DETAILS: Once the dates have been "cleared" by calling 715-349-8768 and speaking to Dan or Cindy you will be" Penciled-In". A minimum deposit of $350.00 must be made via credit card, cashiers check or money order to make your reservation official. If we do not receive the deposit within 5 days of being "penciled-In" your name will be taken off the reservation calendar.
Once the deposit has been made a confirmation letter, a rental agreement and check in information will then be mailed to you. The remaining rental fee plus a $500.00 damage deposit is due 30 days or before your arrival date. The damage deposit will be refunded within two weeks of your departure provided no damage are noted.
Cancellations: A $300.00 Non-refundable charge will be assessed for all cancellations made 29 days or less before your scheduled check-in date (No exceptions)! Any money in excess of the $300.00 fee will be refunded within two weeks of the cancellation. For cancellations made 30 days or more of your scheduled check-in…Your $300.00 deposit can be applied toward the stay of any other available dates. If you choose not reschedule your stay then the $300.00 deposit will be forfeited. The new reservation must be made within 6 months of your cancellation date.
