DEPOSITS
Deposits are applied to the first day of the confirmed reservation
Cancellations must be in writing. Your deposit refund will be calculated from the day we receive your written notice of cancellation.
More than 60 days notice: 75% refund of deposit
Between 30 and 60 days notice: 50% refund
Between 7 and 30 days notice: no refund of deposit
Less than 7 days notice: no refund, plus your are responsible for your full cost of rental
