Only a few miles from Minocqua, Big Arbor Vitae Lake is a 1,090 acres Class "A" Musky Lake, with a max. depth of 44 feet. Fish include musky, walleye, largemouth and smallmouth bass, and panfish. 
Also on the property are the fish cleaning house, live boxes, ice and 3 boat landings nearby.
The lake property has a sand beach, piers with lights for night fishing and outlets for battery charging
in your boat. There is also a children's playground, volleyball, basketball, tether ball, badminton, horseshoes, barbecue grills, picnic tables, lawn chairs, and a community fire pit with free firewood provided. Water recreation includes swimming, snorkeling, water-skiing, scuba diving, canoeing and trophy fishing.

Ladwig's Pine Arbor Resort has 5 cabins, with the 2 bedroom cabins accommodating up to 6 persons and the 3 bedroom cabins accommodating up to 8 people. All the cottages are modern, average around 600 sq. ft. of floor space, are finished in polished knotty pine and are complete with comfortable funishings.

Directions
Take 51N out of Woodruff to 70 E, turn right 1 1/2 miles on 70 E to Big Arbor Vitae Drive. Turn north (left) about 500 feet to Helminski Road and the lane is right there at the junction of Big Arbor Vitae Drive and Helminski Road.
