M • N • L Resort is located on beautiful Lower Buckatabon Lake in the center of Wisconsin's dense forest and lake region. There are virgin forest areas, sandy beaches (the water is crystal clear), hunting, and excellent fishing. The winter provides for cross-country skiing and snowmobiling. |
COTTAGES- Either one, two or three bedroom cottages are available, each
with their own charm. Each comes with a fishing boat. Motor rental is
available. There is plenty of dock space available if you bring your own
boat. All cottages are at or near the lake, so that all have a clear lake
view. Each cottage has a modern bathroom. Drinking water is state tested
and approved. Kitchens are complete with microwaves, gas ranges,
refrigerators and kitchen accessories. Bedding and comfortable furnishing
are provided, towels are not. All cottages have TVs with VCRs and clean,
safe gas heat.
To provide privacy for you, all of our cottages are 70 to 80 feet apart. We pride ourselves on the clean, comfortable accommodations designed to make your vacation pleasant. SPRING - Green comes in may shades, and is crowned with wild flowers of every color. Explore the forest where fresh clean air and the new generation of wildlife are a pleasure to behold. SUMMER - We are fortunate in having one of the finest white sand beaches in the area, with a large level play areas for children of all ages. Try the paddle boat or canoe, it's a great way to explore the shoreline of Buckatabon Lake. FALL - The colors of fall are nature's easel. The pallet is rich, warm and restful. The North Woods are a hunter's paradise, with thousands of acres of public hunting. Both big and small game are abundant. WINTER - Ample snow fall makes Vilas County and M • N • L Resort ideal for a winter snowmobile or ski vacation. Our cottages are located in the center of over 200 miles of well groomed snowmobile trails. Just take off from your front door! There are also many miles of cross-country ski trails to explore and enjoy in Vilas County. Call ahead and we'll be happy to report trail conditions. FISHING - Buckatabon Lakes are among the finest in the state for both the numbers and size of giant muskellunge taken each year by fisherman who have the added thrill of knowing there are also large and smallmouth bass, walleye, northern pike, crappie, bluegill and perch to fill their stringers. Stocking of the lakes by the state conservation department, plus annual lake improvements, make Lower Buckatabon ideal for fishing in all season. Many trophy fish grace the walls of our happy guests. 
M • N • L Resort is located just 15 minutes north of Eagle River. To find us
take Highway 45 from Eagle River to County K, West. Go west three miles to
Buckatabon Road and turn left. The Resort is three miles from the
intersection of K and Buckatabon Road.
