Views of the 10th and 18th fairways of the Luck Golf Course and Big Butternut Lake are breathtaking. This establishment is brand new, spring of 2008.

Availability and Rates: Sleeps 8 additional 2 person rate $10.00/day
Rentals are weekly and only during the summer season.
June 1st – September 15th 2008 Weekly rates $1950 + tax (5.5%) = $2057.25 total
September 15th – December 31st 2008 3 day rentals $650 + tax (5.5%) = $685.75 total
Heritage Pines is also available for 3 day rent during the fall/winter season.

Motor for 14' fishing boat: $150 for the week, includes 1 tank of gas.

50% deposit is required at time of booking. Balance plus damage deposit due 14 days prior to stay. Damage deposit is $500, also, a signed lease agreement. Damage deposit is fully refunded provided damage does not exceed normal wear and tear.

Deposit must be paid via credit card, check or money order, the remaining balance may be paid by credit card or check, but credit card would be preferred.

Cancellation Policy:
All bookings subject to a $300 non-refundable charge for all cancellations made 29 days or less before your check-in date. Any money in excess of the $300 deposit will be refunded within 10 business days. Your $300 deposit may be applied toward future rentals of any other open dates within a 6 month period of the cancellation date; otherwise the deposit will be forfeited.
