Holiday Cancellations made 10 days or less prior to arrival will forfeit entire deposit -
unless we can re-rent your site ( a $10 charge will apply to re-rental).
Cancellations made before 10 days will be charged a $10 service charge.
All other cancellations will be charged a $10 processing fee.
NO SHOWS forfeit entire deposit.
Please understand that we schedule staff and plan activities based on reservations.
We cannot be held responsible for Weather, Illness, Work Schedules
or other situations affecting our guests and therefore, we adhere to our cancellation policy regardless of circumstances.
